Dutch Bros Coffee

I have officially decided that I will no longer visit this Dutch Bros. They have made significant changes to how they prepare their Breezes, resulting in drinks that are no longer smooth. In my last four or five visits, I encountered icy drinks instead of the blended coffee beverages I expected. When I brought this up during a recent visit, I was told to ask for my drink to be hand-blended. Even after doing this, the drinks still resemble icees rather than the quality I used to enjoy. On my most recent visit, I documented the issue with pictures. When I returned the drink to show the baristas the noticeable separation and problems, one barista claimed she didn’t see any difference. This response is unacceptable. I couldn’t even drink my beverage because it was just a cup of ice. How can

Absolutely amazing service. They make a specialty black tea drink called a Sassy Mike. And it is amazing. Albert, Zoe, and Emily are amazing, friendly, professional, with very positive upbeat energy.

Alyssa is the BEST barista there! We personally ask if she’s working every time because she has our order memorized and DOES IT UPPPP right :) she even brings our order out early and rings it up ahead of time if she sees our car roll up. shout out to this location being our FAVORITE in California 🥳🤩😍 Update: Riley & Carly are dope baristas as well. They know our order and make it like QUEENS! Today they said “are y’all ready for this” before handing the coffee to us and boy was it a MIC DROP 🤩 they did it up as glorious as we’d hoped, we even got 2 large drinks today because they make it so bomb! :)

Baristas let people cut in line when you've already been sitting there ten minutes. Lost my business for good.
