Dutch Bros Coffee

This location is close to my home. So it’s convenient to visit. I love to try the limited edition flavors. And I often add the white coffee option as well. Their app is easy to earn rewards. And I love that they offer a birthday Dutch. The sticker of the month is also a great promotion to bring current and new customers in. I would highly recommend getting your coffee and specialty drinks here.

5:05 am Nothing I like doing more than sitting in line for 15/20 minutes to get a 8 dollar, 'with tip', drink. I stop 5 days a week. 20 days a month. 240 days a year. That's 240 dollars in tips alone, and I can't get a free drink, and a MEDIUM only, because I don't have the app? What time do you start sending the workers out to take orders for the cars in line? I especially don't like being penalized for not having the "app" by being excluded from getting a free drink. I order a LARGE drink every day, and I would get a free MEDIUM DRINK ONLY, if I had the app. Bring back the punch card. 2000 dollars a year for flavored water, and to get a free drink I have to have the app. This isn't a window worker issue. I sometimes go here on the way to work and the service is absolutely horrible. All the other Dutch Bros locations go fast and are so sweet this one you’re sitting in line forever and no one’s coming up to take your order then when you get to the window, they look clueless like they don’t know that you haven’t even ordered yet. They need more runners out like all the other locations so we get good service! After going to the window there’s three girl talking not even making drinks very unprofessional.

This location is always hit or miss. Come here because it is convenient and close to my work. They recently changed the name of the drink that I order every single time. Went in today, they made my drink wrong. I could tell it was wrong immediately based on appearance. I asked them about it and they argued with me that it was made right. Instead of remaking it, they argued and insisted it was right. Ended up coming back for a refund because the drink was gross. Seems like the issue could have easily been avoided if it had been remade rather than arguing.

The workers here are so incompetent. I've been to about every Dutch Bros in the Treasure Valley and this one is truly the worst. The other day I had a large order with four drinks that would have gotten me a lot of points. The barista conveniently forgot to scan my app and when I asked if she could, she completed the transaction and said "Oops, too late". So unprofessional, considering the rewards system is such a big deal there and it should be second nature to ask to scan the app. On top of that, she filled all the drink cups up to the very top with ice and didn't even pour the drink up to the top. I know it is policy for them to put a specific amount of ice into drinks, but the iced drinks in general are such a scam. Your paying $5+ for only half of the amount you think you are getting.
