Garden City Public Library

The Garden City library is awesome. Things are easy to find, the programs are awesome, the new updates to the building look great, and the staff is phenomenal. They go out of there way to help you and keep the library is excellent condition. I'm so happy that it says NOT A QUIET LIBRARY right next to there name on Google. If you're looking for a stuffy old silent library then this is not the place for you

Honestly, this is one of my favorite places to be. It has such a calm vibe and is immaculately clean. You truly couldn’t ask for a better library. If I could give you 10 stars, I would. Thanks for keeping this book lover happy and relaxed <3

Nice-looking library, but the loud social hour going on behind the front counter was ridiculous, I got ZERO studying done. Loud talking and laughing amongst the staff. It's like they don't realize where they are?? There was one young lady diligently cleaning and dusting for the hour and a half that I was there, but other than that the chatter was unacceptable.
