my boyfriend picked up coffee this morning for us and i understand being busy and everything else under the sun but this is honestly disgusting. neither of us had time to go back and get it remade so i’m posting this because this isn’t the first time i’ve had grinds at the bottom. simple solution: rinse out the tins after every pull and make sure your tins aren’t right below when emptying out the grinds to pull a new shot. please have your baristas be mindful of this.

I absolutely love starting my mornings at the Dutch Bros on Madison Avenue! The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming, with big smiles that instantly brighten my day. I usually order ahead on the app, and without fail, my coffee is ready to go when I arrive. They even recognize my car as I pull up and bring my order right out to me with a cheerful greeting! Remembering my name is Jenna and always saying good morning Jenna! It’s such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference in starting my mornings on a positive note. We fell in love! Not to pick on otherBucks, but you walk in and they act like it is a huge inconvenience if you didn't already just mobile order. Dutch Bros ALWAYS takes time to be courteous and friendly. If you don't like being asked about your day, it might be a bit much.
