Dutch Bros Coffee

I always ask them to make my Blended Tropical Black Tea super duper Dairy Queen turn upside down thick... and they never ever disappoint me. I love this place. (just fyi...if you get it that thick, the flavor is less since there's so much ice. I like it that way though.) Also, if you like the flavor of coffee drinks but can't stomach much coffee or dairy like me, the Cocomo with one shot of Decaf coffee instead of 2 and oat milk instead milk is to die for. I get a soft top too but but sometimes I pay in stomach pain later. The soft top goes sooo good with it though. It's also good blended.

Love Dutch bros! But I keep making the massive mistake when leaving my shopping to come to this particular location. I’ve been the past 3 times and the wait time has been 12-20 min. The kicker is I’m the 5th car in line! Upon writing this I’ve been stuck for 7 min with no movement at all. Every other Dutch bros I’ve been to I’ve loved. Just sad to see this location be sooo poorly run.

SOOOOO SLOW!!!!!!!! I’m a past barista and we made drinks within 1-2 minutes per car. We literally wait in this line for over 10 minutes every time. These people are soooooo slow, that’s almost an understatement. If you plan on coming early, forget it. They’re even SLOWER when they open. It’s actually appalling how slow they are and how long they make the customers wait. This is absolutely unacceptable for a drive thru. There is only 2 cars ahead of me and I’ve been here for 15 minutes already and we haven’t moved!!!!! The car gets handed ONE drink. That’s absolutely INSANE. Please do no support this location, it’s not worth it. They need better workers and better management because this is crazy to wait this long for a cup of coffee. Best and friendliest Dutch bros I've ever been too. Plus they have an area you can come inside to. Very good and hardworking staff. They know how to take care of you. Highly recommend!

Ordering ahead is a waste of time as they prioritize the drive thru orders. Waited 17 minutes past the indicated “ready by,” time. The cashier apologized but another guest who was waiting said this was common at this location. Coffee was fine but I can’t recover the wasted time. At least half a dozen vehicles that arrived after I parked were served before our order.
