Dutch Bros Coffee

☄️11/26/2025. I visited Dutch Bros this morning at 8:30 AM and decided to try something different a medium lemonade. I requested the ice in a separate cup so my son could enjoy the drink later. When I received my order at the drive-thru, one cup was full of ice, and the other was only halfway filled with lemonade. I have attached a photo for reference. I paid for a full medium drink, yet received significantly less than expected. In all my experiences with other coffee chains, orders have always been fulfilled accurately, so this was surprising and disappointing. This level of service does not meet the standard of attention and quality one expects from a nationwide brand. I hope Dutch Bros reviews this situation and ensures that staff understand the importance of fulfilling orders correc

The Staff is Very Helpful, the Drinks are Delicious! The Service is Fast and Friendly!!!! This is one of my favorite Dutch Bros Locations!!! Never Disappointed!!!!💙🫶🏽💙🥰

I got a drink that was not my style. And when here and they were able to make me one no problem. The broista was super nice!! This is one of my go to dutch.

I paid 8$ for this drink, and gave tip, I asked for light ice, and this is what they gave me. I had not taken a sip or drank it at all before this photo. They gave me so much less in the cup, just because I asked for light ice. That’s crazy.

Pretty sure The woman who took my order added a tip anyways when i specifically said no, she told me my total was 7.95 and ended up being 8.95 on my statement. Not like a dollar makes a difference but the principle
