Dutch Bros Coffee

Posting this because I know that franchise owners check these... Please do more to publicize the policies concerning a lack of cancellation or refund. Not having a phone that people can call to cancel orders is frustrating. I use this location regularly but will probably shift my business to the Starbucks across the parking lot because God forbid a guy can't get there to pick up coffee as he planned.

My husband and I wanted to try something new for coffee other then Starbucks when we were on a road trip with the kids and we had heard about Dutch Bros but never been. The lady who took our order was very sweet and knowledgeable giving us all kinds of options and taking her time with us since it was our first time to this establishment. After we ordered, the employees at the window were polite and even wiped our cups to get any dripping off so the cups were clean when they gave them to us. There was so much to choose from lots of options for iced, blended, or hot. I ended up getting the blended chai frap white zombie style and my husband got the i think the double torture with Carmel and the kiddos got vanilla shakes. The drinks were AMAZING! The mornings need more people working. I stood at the pickup window for my simple online order for a good 10 minutes and was completely ignored by the ONE person working who just paid attention to the drive thru. Early mornings are the busiest for coffee places, why is there only one employee? I ordered online to expedite things but still had to go through the drive thru because I was ignored at the window.

10/10 RECOMMEND THIS STAND!! Ordered a Hot Golden Eagle and it was PERFECT! Drink temp. was exactly what I prefer. Was welcomed with GREAT smiles and AMAZING energy! For sure one of the TOP STANDS in BCS! Jesse, Thanks again for the PERFECT Golden Eagle!

Im a regular at this stand and for good reason! They are always kind, fast, and even give great drink reccomendations. My fav baristas to see are kinsley, gracelyn, and kinley. They always make me morning great with coffee and their kindness too !!!!
