Dunkin'

This location completely ruined my morning while ordering breakfast for my family. I was given mini bagels instead of a breakfast wrap. When I went back to point it out, what upset me the most was the attitude—rather than trying to understand the mistake, the lady at the counter immediately claimed she had given me something “extra,” which was not true. The other breakfast wraps were half burned, and the explanation given was that it was due to “temperature control.” If food is ruined while cooking, it should be thrown away and remade—not passed on to the customer. They did eventually offer to remake the order, but by then I didn’t have the time or patience to go through the process again after the way the situation was handled. I’m not one to complain. And I’m a regular at this Dunkin.. Never had any issues until today. The guy at the cash register was extremtly rude. Slapping his hand on the counter and on the register & just chucked my receipt at me. Granted they were busy but that’s not how you treat customers. I got my coffees, I asked about my 1/2 dz of donuts for my sons bday. Never got them. Waited a good bit. I -tried- calling them to say I left without my donut order, wanting to pass it along to another customer… since I did pay for it. They hung up on me…

I ordered a coffee there last Sunday and it was barely filled above half. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this location. I order on the app and have food missing or a long wait. It was so bad I ordered it 15 minutes ahead of time on the app and I was still waiting when I got there. I think this location needs some new management ASAP.

3rd time they have shorted our order. After the second order we called and said we could have a free sandwich. Not the original one we bought but a free one. They said they added our name to a list (apparently they screw up so many orders they have a list). Today we ordered 6 donuts, picture shows 5. I’ve never written a negative review on google before but it’s at the point now where they are stealing from the customers. Double check your order before leaving.

My sandwich was burnt. And not a little burnt, but black burnt. The donuts were fresh, but my charcoaled sandwich was such a disappointment. Sad that people think serving this is acceptable. Unfortunately I found this on the drive home so there was no remaking it
