Dunkin'

Service was good, easy to get to inside the Walmart but the coffee tasted burnt. I wouldnot recommend

One of the worst Dunkin's I have personally visited. I have been to this location at least 5 times. Twice I have had the worst experiences. The first time after placing my order the employee asked me if I wanted her to stir my drink with her finger too. Apparently because I requested to much be put into my drink. The second time being just a couple of days ago, the restaurant was absolutely disgusting from the sandwich station being brown covered in crumbs from what looked to be enough from being left all day with out being cleaned to every single counter including the podium where the straws are kept covered in dried up coffee and donuts crumbs. The straw holder it self had bits of donuts in it. The lady that made my coffee was kind but had a conversation with the employee out back which

Order ahead at least 20 minutes because it is very long wait

2 times now the kids there don't know how to make an Americano. 1 shot for small 1 shot for medium and 2 shots for large. Then just add hot water. Maybe try training instead of allowing texting on the sales floor.

I visited the Dunkin inside the Windham, Maine Wal Mart recently and I was pleasantly surprised that I was met with smiles! (This day and age you barely get grunt responses from food service!) Employees there appear to care about getting their order correct as my order was repeated back to me for accuracy. Love the butter pecan and happy to get my dunks fix while shopping at Wal mart. Thanks guys!
