My whole bagel is Burn unprofessional I wouldn’t sell something that’s burnt. The whole thing is burnt and I bite it and it’s like cement. I had to throw it away disappointed I work next-door. I will not come back again. Order number 2067

Good place friendly staff, but the food is always cold! Every time I get a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant, it’s room temperature at best. I’ve already gone in there once and asked for a hot sandwich. Now I don’t wanna go back in there and ask for another hot sandwich because I don’t wanna be a bother. I’m sitting here outside of the establishment, eating a cold bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant right now and I’m pretty upset.

Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Ordered bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Got a charred sandwich with no cheese. Asked for one with cheese and got the same sandwich back with a cold slice of cheese on it. When I politely asked for a hot melted sandwich the guy argues with me that this is how they always do it. Honestly either pay people enough so you can get staff that has some idea what they’re doing and how to treat customers or shut the place down. Not the first bad experience we’ve had here. It’s an embarrassment to the brand.

We bought a couple of breakfast sandwiches in the middle of the afternoon. They were scorched to the point of inediblility. The hot chocolate was gross, too. The hashbrowns were pretty good, though. We would have brought them back and complained, but we were already home when we discovered it. Not worth the time and gas to go back.

Perfect place if you want to eat charcoal for breakfast. Second time coming here thought I’d give them another chance after my sandwich last week was burnt. and ew.
