Dunkin'

Disappointing that on the second day of having brownie batter donuts at 11am you state you are out of them. This is a highly anticipated item every single year, do better and plan better. Just another example of why when I used to frequent Dunkin, sometimes multiple times a week, we now only go a handful of times a year. Service has gone down across the board and prices just continue to go up.

The staff is always so chill and I have never had a problem with my orders. The staff is super helpful too, even when they dont have to be. I love it

First and foremost, I want to say that this is not a reflection of the staff that works at this location. However, I pre-ordered six packs of munchkins, 10 count to bring to professional clients in the area for the holidays. I have done this for multiple other Dunkin locations recently. When I went there to pick up my order, they were all in rolled up bags. They informed me that at that location they do not get provided the boxes that are advertised on the Dunkin app or website. This “cost saving” idea from the owner is unprofessional and lazy.

Example when having promotion like a free donut with a coffee purchase you have to ask for it and instead of the bags they are giving away with them I get the basic paper bag what special treat do you have to have just to get what being promoted to other customers.

Most days are hit or miss. This morning was a definste miss. When I got to the order screen, I was never greeted.. just "what would you like". Then I got to the window handed the lady my card and when she handed it back u said thank you....when she handed me my muffin I said thank you....when she handed me my drink I said thank you....not one you're welcome...RUDE!! Then I get to work and my muffin looks like it was not handled well. I might be done with this Dunkin...being polite and having manners can really affect a person's day and when in customer service, those are a must...do better lady at the window.
