Dunkin'

Did a DoorDash order. Ordered a chocolate frosted donut as it’s the only donut style I like to eat. Not only did they not have any chocolate frosted but instead of refunding me they sent my 3 random donut styles. Understandably pissed, I called the restaurant and the employee just talked over me the entire time. The Google map review says “go to any other Dunkin’s and they’ll do a better job” and when I told the employee her response was “Yup” as if she knew and was proud of it. Now here I am, negative review and left with 3 donuts I’m going to feel like absolute shit having to throw out because instead of just refunding 4.44$ they decided to throw in and lead to 3 perfectly made donuts being wasted. Sad

By far the best bacon jam grilled cheese I’ve had out of 20+ locations. Very kind all around everything clean and orderly Excellent service if I could give it a 6th star I would!! Surpassed my expectations and will be a consistent future patron.

Never been so disappointed in a bagel in my life. Very little cream cheese to the point they look down right stingy.

Incredibly lazy staff. Each time I've stopped here they haven't bothered to even try to mix my drinks, leaving me to either have to shake the drink or drink something that starts as syrup and then becomes plain soda water. Just go to the one on the other side of the road.

Caffeinated my first day of vacation in Boston. Great success, very nice I like 👍🏻 👍🏻 Fast, accurate order via app. Clean and MODERN! interior, easy parking, friendly staff. I really vibe with this dining area. I could sit here drinking coffee for a long time. It’s a very energizing space.
