Westwood Public Library

Westwood library is absolutely wonderful, resourceful, and beautiful. There's a large "cafe" seating area on the first level for anyone with food or drinks. The children and media section are also on the first floor. On the second floor, one wing is fiction, and the other is nonfiction. Between the two is a beautiful "living library," where information on gardening, their seed catalog, etc. can be found. Along with the computers, including one at a standing desk!

Nice place to study with plenty of seating and natural lighting. However staff can be chatty and loud which makes it difficult to focus in a library…bring noise canceling headaches.

Great library, but a lot of middle school/high school kids like to come here after school, and can be very loud and annoying, so keep that in mind when you’re choosing when to visit.

I love Westwood Public Library. It is my second home. All the librarians are so nice, and are easy to talk to. One librarian helped me with account issues last week, and their emails were nice and prompt! I also like their selections of books on their website when I browse online too as well as in person. I always feel welcomed when I go there, and the librarians always say "hello" to me, and recognize me as I am a regular patron now. I always feel bad about the amount of books I check out, but each librarian says, "It's okay! Reading is great!" It makes me feel happy that they are okay with checking out a lot of books. Lastly I love their "Read Next Kit." I love the bookish goodies it came with, and now I have some new favorite books (librarians know how to choose good books)! Thanks guy

A fantastic library 📚 generally, but they also have a seed library, where you can take out gardening kits and such!
