Dunkin'

This was my worst experience ever at a dunkin the food was wrong and it was also stale. My coffee order didnt come with mocha, raspberry, or sugar. The coffee was so watered down that u could see the straw from the other side through the coffee. I went there yesterday and there was this young Asian girl and she made the order great which is what led me to come again. I will not be back unless she was working.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. The coffee is great, the donuts are fresh. They even had the typical group of old guys (I am one) taking up twice as many tables as they needed, sitting around talking about politics. The young dude working the register needs some training though. He was having some trouble picking out the donuts I asked for- but that could have been my slightly southern accent getting in the way. I am from MD, but I come up here at random times. This is my go to place for coffee.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts on the corner of 134 and Route 28 this morning March 10th I had $200 bills and three ones I ordered my coffee went to go pay with the $100 bill and was told they couldn't break it. The man had 90 something dollars in his hands. 100+ in register. I have proof on video . He refused and refused to sell me my coffee even though he had a handful of money. And then he tried to hide from the camera but he knew he did wrong by racially profiling me I will protest this location until further notice until I get proper satisfaction

Sadly after being a patron for many many years and a daily patron of this location for about 4 years I will be ending this relationship. This location has taken a turn for the worse lately with employees that simply ignore customers or are just plain rude and unkind. I really look forward to seeing a smiling face in the morning when I start my day and this is unfortunately something that you won’t be getting at this location unless you have a personal relationship with one of these employees. I feel this kind of cold customer service is not what the Dunkin brand is supposed to be but it seems no one is overseeing this particular store. I haven’t seen a manager in there for months. Very sad day for me. I guess the silver lining is there is now a MaryLous near my house so I will now be goin

Ryleigh was the absolute best!! She made my and my friends’ drinks perfectly and they looked beautiful. The food was great and they actually gave a good amount of bacon. Absolutely best dunks experience
