Dunkin'

I have ordered twice from this place and both times have been a bad experience. The bagels have always been cold .. hard as rock in a few minutes; the filling was not spread out at all; and I was served bagels with sesame seeds when I clearly mentioned plain bagels and that I have a sesame allergy( just in case to be cautious)! And obviously both times I couldn’t not eat them! I do not recommend going there !

We went a little after noon on a Sunday. They literally cut us off from finishing our order and told us to pull forward. Then got the part we were alowed to order wrong. They were really rude and mad that we tried to finish our order at the window and ignored the additions to the order. It was astonishingly terrible service.

Today, I only ordered two sausage egg and cheese wakeup wraps for lunch.. I get back to work to find this. I got Bacon and cheese wraps with NO EGG ........ Come on guys, i ordered around noon too. Absolutely ridiculous and a total waste of my money. I tried calling to let them know and their number isn't working either. Naturally.

I ordered a small hot chai latte she only filled my chai latte halfway I don’t think she made my chai latte correctly. I went home & added coffee to my drink usually they fill your drinks up but that didn’t happen tonight I believe she needs more training.Drive Thru #3147 at 4:19 pm.

This store is a disaster!! Ordering is always a difficult task, and I need to frequently correct the order at the window. I had an employee yell at me and give me the middle finger in the background while I was having a conversation with the manager about these issues. I'll be looking for a new location to get my SIMPLE order of 2 coffees and 2 donuts...
