Dunkin'

Staff is always nice but you shouldn’t sell this was so burnt. If a cook sees this just make a new one instead of an upset customer!

Really disappointed with my service here. I opened my bagel and found a tin part of the cream cheese container in my sandwich which I could have choked on thank god I checked. Gross and dangerous, pick a different location

Slow service + a staff that will see you standing there for 10 minutes waiting for your order & won't even ask as to what you are waiting on. Will never return & don't recommend anyone unless you don't mind waiting excessively long for your order

I was forced to pay for my drink twice by a short lady with black hair because their system didn’t show my order on their side. I showed her everything went through on my side and the money was taken out and that I was at the right location and she was rude and kept cutting me off to say to contact Dunkin about it. I tried to contact Dunkin about it through the receipt but no response. I haven’t been back since and don’t plan to if this is how they treat their regulars. Not gonna lose any more money to a big company like this cause they can’t keep up with their system maintenance.

Ordered a simple regular coffee, repeated myself four times and asked for assorted munchkins. Coffee was black and donuts were two kinds. No one mentioned they ran out of all the donuts. Disappointed
