Dunkin'

I’ve been to a lot of Duncan‘s state to state. This is the worst Duncan in the world. They take 20 minutes and I already pre-ordered my drink. I cannot say I would recommend this to anybody whoever the owner is needs to reevaluate the whole Dunkin’ look at what they try to feed me knowing they wouldn’t even eat this themselves

They need to learn how to make drinks. Ordered two pumpkin lattes. They tasted like strong coffee. Then we ordered two chi lattes. No taste at all except milk. Gross I also ordered a muffin it was dry I could not eat it.

Ordered two wraps…the first was still cold with frozen egg and all contents were just inside of the bag without even being assembled….the second had dirty napkins inside of the wrap itself….just get your coffee fix from the loves gas station

I'll be fair. The service was decent - so the the two women we interacted with were nice enough, but our order was not correct. They did however give us an extra drink we did not order, I don't think they did that on purpose, I think it was just another fumble. The donuts were about the worst I've ever seen. Not even what we ordered nor what she said they had available. I'm not gonna waste the junk calories on them. Sigh. So we were expecting a glazed, sour cream, 2 strawberry, double chocolate, Boston cream and old fashion.

My wife and I stopped today and they messed up our food order and had to return back after discovering mistake.. no we were not up set until we got back there and the worker goes.. do you want me to just take the bacon off and put the sausage on and I replied no I would like the sandwich the way I ordered it..she was very rude and she never apologized for her mess up ..and we were not upset the least until her snotty behavior I asked her if she wanted the old sandwich and she turns ands says.. not now..very unprofessional and gives Dunkin a black eye
