Dunkin'

This is how I received this drink (minus one sip to taste). This is not the first time I’ve ordered a drink from here and it’s almost half filled. There have been several times my drink tastes and looks like it’s only milk and a flavor shot- completely lacking the espresso I order and pay for. If my husband and I both order drinks and food, often times there are items missing and/or the drink is made wrong. It is a miracle if our order is made correctly. The only reason we occasionally go to this location is because it is closest to our home, but take my word and drive a little farther to the next location.

I went there after working a night shift. I am not from the area. Not too picky about service or mistakes but when it comes to my favorite expensive drink at Dunkin then I am particular about it. When I arrived the girl who took the order was rude. When I approached the window to pay for my S'mores Bonfire Frozen Coffee, she immediately left the pay- service -window. I wasn't sure why. Perhaps she had to make the drink and not someone else. And this was odd to me. She had come back with an attitude as if she had to stop taking orders to make this drink. The drink is blended and layered. It does take a small amount of time to make but because of the delicious taste, and presentation, it is usually worth the wait and cost. Ordered a vanilla bean coolatta today and this what they gave me with a block of ice … burn croissant and a very rude cashier!

18,19Sept.2024 Excellent and cheery customer service. The line(if any) moves quickly and steady. The sausage and egg croissant 🥐 is good and minimal butter. It was palatable to consume. The iced coffee is delicious and freshly made to order. Nice visit the times I’ve been here.

There's always something wrong with this location. Certain items are not available, couldn't tap to pay but the person in front of me did, no boxes available to put the donuts in! I had to bring donuts for my boss in the munchkin box, not too pretty...employees are always tired and not interested. Give those people a raise!
