1:40pm Donuts was old and the older Indian guy and the lady work on his shift... customer service is a minus 0.... they watch you like your coming to steal or Rob the place ... me and 6 of my coworkers ... bad business... just because your work behind the counter treat people as you want to be treated when someone come to buy food it should be fresh.. at all points and times... BRING BACK THE OLD DUNKIN DONUTS ...

If you order with the app, CHECK YOUR FOOD! I made a custom order. My order was completely wrong and I didn't notice until I got home. Received 2 dozen reject donuts that no one is ever excited to eat. This happened early in the morning with no other customers at the store. They were not super busy. The employees just don't care.

Love me some Dunkin! I have to say this is the best location, I rate them the best Dunkin around!

Wonderful customer service! The young woman at the window offered my husband and I 3 free drinks as well as a couple extra donuts on national donut day. It’s little things like this that make people smile!

Its hit or miss. Edit: after not going here for a while I recently started doing mobile orders again and the accuracy and efficiency of this location has greatly improved. Still, certain items that are hot foods are not hot enough for instance bagel minis and stuffed biscuit bites. Coffee is always hot. though.
