Dunkin'

Every time I order it is wrong, and most of the time there is no label on the cup to verify what’s inside. A standard decaf iced was once pumpkin (and not decaf). Most of the time the decaf is not decaf. Once they spilled mocha all over the top and side of the cup and I heard the worker say “it’s just mocha” as they wiped it off, and the cup was so sticky I couldn’t hold it, even with napkins. Another iced coffee had tons of grounds in the bottom, yet another had a paper straw wrapper bunched up in the bottom. These are just some of the orders. Once I ordered a sandwich that had a long hair in it. Several times I have received sandwiches with completely cold, hard slices of cheese, or black burnt toast. Today, the wax paper was still on the egg, which I almost choked on. *PICTURE FOR PR

Came in for a Sourdough bacon egg and cheese. After realizing I got 3 halfs of bacon slices for a big sandwich went back and was told corporate orders them 3 slices. "Corporate" I ask, not the owner of the franchise. Been to many DD's never been given this little. Just enough for a croissant maybe, not what I ordered. Told me pay for more bacon. Never again. Didn't threw away because cause running low on sugar. BEWARE corporate greed at its best. You would think they're paying out of their own pockets. Very comfrontational staff. Costumer not appreciated at all. 0 stars

This is the best dunkin I've gone to throughout the entire east coast. The food is always perfect as well as the drinks. You never get that weird cleaning taste in the food like so many dunkins get from not rinsing their machines properly after using cleaning supplies. Nothing is ever burned or anything like that. Just perfect. The employees are always perky and sweet and quick. Favorite dunkin for sure!

I HATE to leave bad reviews. And I know people are busy at work and especially at Dunkin’s… but this was pretty bad. I had a bad feeling at the drive through cause the girl was really snappy taking orders. Then I pull up and they give me a small instead of a large… which I wouldn’t really care - again I know how busy it is. But when I mentioned it, I legit snapped at ( I don’t want to say yelled cause s that’s not quite accurate )- the girl rolls her eyes , tells me I was only charged for a small and to pull forward. I was so taken aback with how rude she was i just pulled off. Then i checked and she just lied. Again, I don’t care about the 3 dollars - the rudeness was inane.

Paid for a cream cheese I never got, and they 100% went out of their way to burn my kid's wake up wraps because I made a normal sized order for two people needing breakfast, rather than a quick coffee. Not even sure how this one is still operating, it's been subpar for years. Came back after I fully looked through my order to say that they went completely out of their way to make the sandwich wrong too, didn't order turkey sausage and that's what I got. Absolute garbage.
