Dunkin’

This is my last time coming here. These people are so rude! So each time that I've come, they leave an item out and just give you what they think you need instead of your order! So..im at the windows, and I am handed a tiny bag and I look in to verify my items were there. I ordered an avocado toast as well, so I mentioned that it wasnt in the bag! Then the lady yells...mam.mam...and thrust the toast in my vehicle. So I asked for my receipt. This highly upset him! " you just need to pull closer so food can be handed to you and we work hard and your car is all the the way there! " He was nasty, loud and unprofessional and basically tossed the receipt towards me! I then asked him who was he speaking to in that manner! He continued with the behavior. February 18th around 11am. The wakeup wrap was putrid, the coffee tasted fermented, and the hashbrown tasted like fish. I used to come a lot. I'll be driving to the one by the circle instead for a while. I really can't put into words just how gross my experience on the 18th was.

My wife had an issue with a staff member at the drive through. The lady at the drive through was nasty to my wife because she got my wife's order wrong and gave her an attitude saying "well this is what you ordered, and im not wrong." Just because you can't do your job properly doesn't mean you can take your incompetence out of customers. If this is how the manager trains their staff then im surprised they still have customers. Such a shame. The manager should be embarrassed that they allow employees to belittle customers.

I asked for lemonade gave me green tea. lemonade is pink green tea is red. This is clearly red.

For the past 2 months I've been giving presentions for work at some local businesses and have been tasked with bringing donut and coffee for the host office. As a result I've visited about 15 different Dunkin locations for the same order 2 boxes of 12 donuts and a box of Joe. Every time they have told me it comes with 10 cups, sugar, etc. And every time I've asked for 10 additional cups as these presentations generally have 15-20 people present. Every other Dunkin gave the extra cups with zero issue. Not this Dunkin. This Dunkin told me to my face it doesn't matter what the other Dunkins do, here we charge for extra cups. Now, not to be petty but the order I place is over $50. Of course they aren't obligated to give the cups for free but considering every other location recognized the mone
