Dunkin'

I have been to this Dunkin more times than I can count and have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt over and over again. This week was my final straw. I went twice and both times my coffee was completely undrinkable. I ordered a caramel iced coffee with normal cream and sugar, and it honestly tasted like they forgot to put the coffee in it. I’ve always experienced extremely inconsistent coffee from this location, but this was by far the worst week yet. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it’s beyond disappointing at this point. It’s unfortunate because I don’t want to go somewhere else for my coffee, but I’m done trying with this Dunkin. Spending my own money just to either completely fix my drink at home or throw it away is honestly sad.

The bagel was raw inside. We asked for another one, and it was also raw. The girl in charge had her hair loose and not properly secured, and she was very rude to us. When we asked for our money back, she tossed it on the table.

I stopped for breakfast and ordered 2 sausage wake up wraps and a medium cold brew with 2 sugars. Same order that I always get although usually not at this location. The cold brew tasted like it was brewed days ago. Strong and bitter. The wraps were a disgrace. One was burnt, neither were folded, it looked like they ripped the sausage and eggs in half with their hands instead of using a knife. Also, if you're going to just throw the good in the bag, the least you could do is include some napkins. Whoever made this food obviously doesn't care about their job or the customer yet they're probably making $13 an hour which is why i just paid $10 for garbage! I have no problem with dunkin, just this location. This isn't the first time they have sucked.

This place is a shit show. Orders are a mess. They need a manager that can run the show. Your drink will get done and sit behind the counter waiting for your food forever. It's a mess constantly here. WAITED WHAT ENDED UP BEING 40 mins for an ORDER AHEAD ORDER! Walk ins were getting orders before. Also pictures below 3$ for those pieces of bacon and 4$ for that mess of a few hashbrowns!! 🤡

We love Dunkin. My husband and I moved to the area in September and we're so excited the Duncan was so close to our house. We were in for a surprise lol The accuracy of the order, and the wait times just don't make sense. Won't be going to Starbucks, I can't afford$14 a day times my order times his order, for it to be this wrong all the time. We order our food 15 minutes before we leave our house, and we live a half a mile away. I'm done
