Papa Gyros

We enjoyed as really delicious dinner with huge portions. Friendly servers and nice dining area.

We’ve been loyal customers of Papa Gyros for years, but tonight’s dinner was the final straw. Unfortunately, the food quality has steadily declined over the past few years, and this visit confirmed it. The meat has consistently been dry, and the portions no longer justify the price. Because of past experiences, I avoided ordering a Cajun gyro and instead made the mistake of ordering the Fettuccine Mykonos. That turned out to be even worse. It had virtually no flavor other than an overwhelmingly fishy taste from the shrimp, which I paid extra for. For a $17 pasta dish, I expected a reasonable portion, but what arrived was shockingly small—almost comical. Great food! Been coming here for YEARS. Have only had one issue out of the hundreds of times I’ve been, and it was quickly and professionally resolved.

We came in last night around 7:45 we were seated in a booth , with as many people as we had it was fine . But the server we had was horrible ! She acted like she didn’t know how to do a server job to get refills was hard because it seemed like she didn’t want to give us any. She gave my husband attitude when she messed up his order he ordered a platter and she just gave him a sandwich. So when we told her she got upset , and gave him attitude then came back with an attitude and asked how he wanted the pita. Acted like it was his fault that she got it wrong! Then when ever someone looked her way she came over and said “what do you need.” We usually have great experiences here and last night was far from the normal . I’m not sure if management has changed or what but that server was horribl

They have a huge menu selection. From the traditional Greek gyro, stuffed grape leaves, to flaming saganaki! It is tasty and delicious. The staff is outstanding! Cheerfully waiting on customers explaining the menus to the alcohol selections. Just look at the flaming saganaki photo I posted! She was having a blast and so was my family.
