Dunkin'

Awful experience trying to dash from this place. When I arrived they didn’t know how to make their coffee and asked me to call the customer because of it (not my job, I don’t work for dunkin) and then when I said I gotta go I have an appointment, they said “not my problem, don’t DoorDash then” mind you I had plenty of time until they decided to not make the order and I got it after they were supposed to be done. This is all also after they said “not my problem” while making their problems mine at the same time. Fire that new girl.

This Duncan is a little austere but the items served are of high quality. Their staff is dedicated, fast and service oriented. This location is high volume so there isn't really time to get to know your servers or their managers but they are a good hard working crew.

Great service. The staff are super friendly and kind. The tables could be arranged better since some older folks hang out and at times it is difficult to find a seat. All my orders have been done right the first time.

They never get a order correct this place is terrible my last time there was just terrible

I'm not sure what's going on with this location. I normally order ahead using the mobile app with minimal issues until recently. Recently, I've been being pulled forward once I get to the window. I understand when I'm ordering six drinks, but I'm ordering two drinks. How is it any different than if I just ordered at the intercom? Yesterday was the final straw when I sat pulled forward for 25 minutes. Sorry, MayBrands, Dallas is too far of a drive, but I hear Unwind has good coffee.
