Dunkin'

They don’t seem to understand what “light and sweet” means, and my coffee tastes wrong almost every time — either too bitter or just off. On top of that, none of the staff even speak to you or acknowledge you, which feels rude

Mobile orders are never filled correctly. They had it wrong twice in a week and once again they got it wrong with no sugar and no cream and no blueberry so this time I went in with a smile and I was welcomed with irritation and annoyance and they barely heard me out and then told me to go and get the sugar and add it in myself? When I explained I was missing other stuff I was just handed it and the worker just walked away! They are not warm and inviting. They don’t care about their daily customers and could t care less when they get your order wrong! Luckily the bagel store is nearby so we just go there now.

I only stop here driving through twice a month. Never an issue, bright, clean, those behind counter are courteous. Order is simple and always correct. I leave cheerful but I'm always more cheerful with a coffee for the road.

Not sure how reviews can state that the service is good here. No “Good morning”, “What do you like”, “X dollars please”, “thank you”, no smile, no sign of gratitude, nothing. And since we are from town we gave it many tries. These guys not even manage to return a smile from a 2 year old. Anyway I drive 5 min longer to Hillsdale where the people appreciate their customers. 2 and not 1 star because the coffee and donuts were always good and some years ago one guy there gave my daughter a free munchkin (which probably kept me for a customer for whey too long)
