Binh Duong IV

12/2/25 Wanted something warm since it was cold outside. Thought Pho would be perfect 😀 It's at the end of a large strip mall. Very unassuming, would have missed it if we weren't going there by GPS. Upon entering, no one greeted us so we took a table and waited. And man came from behind and told us to order on a tablet, guess its self service. We selected our meals and choose dine in and paid on the tablet. Thai Iced Tea was very bitter, like it was over brewed. But hubby liked it and it was his drink so that's all that matters. Lemongrass Peach Tea was strange, it had a very fake peach flavor... Hubby ordered Pineapple Fried Rice which he loved it but it was just ok for me. Pho with Grilled Pork Chop was delicious. The food here is excellent - all the phos are great! However, the owner really needs to hire more staff. There’s only one waiter (who’s very nice) handling everything, including dine-in and takeout orders, which makes service painfully slow. It’s a shame as we really would’ve come more often if things ran smoother.

Ordered the Banh Mi and the Vegetarian Pho. Both were excellent and came out quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive despite a lunch rush. Would recommend to anyone looking for some very good Pho.

Small unassuming place but the food is awesome. Duke took care of us and the food was phenomenal. I had the 48hr pho and the broth was great. Wife had the spicy beef noodles and it was seasoned perfectly. We also had the summer spring rolls with pork sausage was it was great as well. Portion sizes was just right for me. Will be looking forward to other things in the future.

Food is the best we have so far. Pho has very clean (but full) taste. Banh mi was savory sweet on crispy fresh bun(not sure if they make it in house, but its fresh enough for me). Came for the pho, but banh mi is awesome, plus the pineapple fried rice with shrimp is really good too. Shrimp is fresh and not overcooked(most thai/south east restaurant usually give the lumpy kind or hard overcooked kind....but not here). Bathroom need a little work, if they clean it up a bit, i am sure they will get more patron. Will definitely come back when we are in the area.
