Dunkin'

One of the Best Dunkin I've ever visited. Very Nice Ambiance, Food, Cleanliness and Supportive Customer Service. Enjoyed Breakfast. Especially my Parents Enjoyed the Visit very Much.

Very cute Dunkin’ (Donuts store) in Tolland, CT. Right next to the I-84 is this extremely cute little Dunkin’ Donuts place. The store was busy but well staffed and had a very friendly atmosphere. Everything looked clean and neat - a nice surprise, right at the Interstate with outdoor seating and plenty of parking.

Rude staff, there is one girl who never greets or says anything at the window. They mess up orders constantly and they don’t go out of their way to fix their mistakes. Asked for a green tea with 1 teabag, got black with 2. Then ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a LIGHTLY toasted plain bagel, I get a rock hard burnt and stale bagel. When I asked them to fix it they said it was lightly toasted and the bagels just “look like that” so they wouldn’t fix it. Hate going to this location every visit is an issue.

It’s a good Dunkin though they notoriously don’t get the order right in the drive through. I also have a specific sandwich I always ask for American cheese on but the still give me cheddar. Otherwise, good location. Better than a lot of others I’ve been to in CT.

Asked for a hazelnut coffee coollata. Got an un sweetened drink. When asked, they added sweetener. Then I realized it’s not a hazelnut. Rather tastes like caramel. Totally disappointed.
