Dunkin'

I just came back from the Tiverton, RI store and DON'T order the loaded hash browns!!! Not only is the container small, but it wasn't even filled. Also, they're super spicy which was not mentioned anywhere. I ordered the white creamed filled and instead of the usual white powdered outside, I was given a heart shaped doughnut with chocolate frosted and some white flower thing on top. When I bit into the 3 of them there was only a dot size of cream filling. I was not told about the change. I went through the drive thru. I went to take the survey, but couldn't do it because I wasn't given a receipt. There was no way to contact Dunkin Doughnuts either because the site was abysmal. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!

Went in for a large order foe.my seniors on the bus. The staff were so helpful and patient. Two of the gentlemen were kind enough to help me carry everything out to the bus. The residents were able to thank them and they brought a smile to everyone. Thank you Kudos to your team

Same old story. It depends who is working on the day of visit. The woman who served me was nice but the other two had that vibe I don't want to be here. The coffee was burnt. Also im noticing alot of dunkins are under staffing there store. Like the one i visited on Sat 9/6/25

I don’t know what they do to their donuts but almost every time I get the kids donuts the frosting melted off and all over the bag. Talk about a waste of time and money. Service is very good usually when using the mobile app

So sick of this dunkin, apparently this is a large cappuccino, i get the milk foam disappears but literally, if i took the ice out of this right now, i have less coffee than i would've gotten if i bought a small, but you still pay that price for a large. I order a bacon egg and cheese, now mind you i order online to avoid any issues with hitting wrong buttons, but i still get a sausage egg and cheese. Thanks for the good work
