Helger's Ice Cream Shoppe

This was a delicious ice cream spot and the perfect way to finish off a sunny beach day! It was extremely popular but thankfully the line moves relatively quickly and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The business mainly operates through the windows and it was efficient and clean. There were so many flavors to choose from. I got the Love Potion #9 flavor (vanilla and raspberry swirl with mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups) in a Barbie sprinkle waffle cone and it was delicious! We will definitely be back to try the other things on the menu like the sundaes, soft serve, and ice cream nachos.

Great ice cream and fairly inexpensive for the portion sizes. I’ve gone back a few times already and will continue to go. Blueberry cheesecake and smores are two must haves!

It is my favorite ice cream place in the Tiverton area. You know it is the start of the summer season when they open.  The prices are not too bad and the portions are good. They have a huge selection, including sugar free, dairy free and soft serve. They have all the standard items, toppings, Sundays, shakes, and banana splits to name a few.

We finally made it to Helger’s and are so happy we did. The 3 of us all enjoyed our ice cream. The black raspberry Oreo was my favorite. However, I saw that they had peach on special after I ordered but they let me try it. I will definitely be getting that when we go again. I’d highly suggest trying it while they have it too! The staff were very friendly and the shop is adorable. They are pretty busy but the line moves quick and it is well worth the wait!

Helger's ice cream is a takeout window-style ice cream shop with a large array of creative and classic flavors alike, using quality ingredients. It has become a fast favorite of mine in the area!
