Dunkin'

Asked for assorted munchkins and got all chocolate/sprinkles with the exception of TWO MUNCHKINS. If I wanted only chocolate I would have asked and if that was all you had then we should have been made aware during ordering. Also asked for a coffee with regular sugar…and they gave me 33 LIQUID SUGARS? It was absolutely disgusting!

Went there on Saturday morning. Traffic jammed in and out if the place. Was there to pickup a mobile order. Food was cold. Missing $12 worth of items. Had to throw out my iced coffee becuase there were black chunks floating in it. Staff basically shoved the items to me at the drive thru window without saying anything other than "your all set". Yeah I get its busy, but could you atleast heat up the food we paid for? Also clean the machine or whatever it is thats loading mystery chunks in the iced coffee?

I don’t believe it! I give one star because this is the third drink that I had to pour down the drain or toss on the ground! The tea was cringe worthy and tasted like fermented water was used. The hot coco had no hot coco in it but was hot cream! And we bought MountDew and there was stuff floating in it! How they get away with serving disgusting beverages is mind boggling!

They got 33% of the order correct. I ordered a coffee with regular milk and three sugar packets on the side. I was handed the coffee with no sugar packets and had to ask for the sugar packets. When I went to add in the sugar packets the coffee had no milk.

I love this location and go to it a couple days a week. I usually get the $5 meal, which is what I got today. The difference with today was that the wraps were gross! They taste like perfume or a cleaner was accidentally sprayed on them, couldn’t even finish it, my throat burns from a couple of bites.
