Dunkin'

Ordered through the drive thru. No other cars and only one other person inside at the counter. Order 6 donuts all the same kind and a large sweet tea. The tea was barely sweet and they didn’t even give me the right donuts- somehow ended up with a variety that I assume was someone else’s order. Not to mention they charge almost $2 more for a sweet tea than other Dunkin’s in the area. Service is terrible on most days and rarely is my order correct without asking for something. I’ll pass on this dunkin next time.

Walked in and not a single employee would come to the counter to take our order. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. You’re basically forced to use the kiosk because the staff makes it clear they’re not interested in helping anyone face to face. Then there’s the pricing. Charging extra for flavor pumps in coffee now? Nope. And the ice situation is beyond ridiculous. I usually order low ice because Dunkin fills cups with so much ice that you barely get the amount of coffee you’re paying for. Now they’re charging $1.00 for no ice? That’s just insulting. This wasn’t just my last visit to this location — it’s my last visit to Dunkin altogether. I used to get coffee daily years ago, but over time the poor service across locations pushed me away. We need better employees that understand English. Before the storm, ordered coffees without ice! The coffees are not even what was asked for it only had 3things in it! So it’s 1/3 butter pecan where’s the vanilla that was asked for and protein milk?. Not even the coffee that’s advertised! AND this isn’t just this time it’s a CONSTANT mess up with this place. Always check before u get home!

Staff is great, the number of extra seating and extra space inside of the store's plenty to either dine in with your coffee and donuts or sit outside in your car through the drive through.... nice clean area. Received my two boxes of coffee and 2 dozen of Donuts within 8 minutes. If you're in the area and looking for a Dunkin' Donuts would highly recommend this location

Ordered a large hot chocolate and a donut. The hot chocolate was good but only filled up 2/3 of the cup. Might as well have been a small. The donut was stale. Only giving 2 stars because the girls working were very sweet and quick at the drive through.
