Dunkin'

We pre-ordered a meal from Dunkin' Donuts that we often do then we went into this location in Ardsley New York. We politely asked before anything was made to exchange the iced coffee for iced tea and the people behind the counter said we couldn't substitute. The iced tea is much cheaper than the coffee with the milk and sugar in it so we laughed. This place is another example of how Dunkin' Donuts has become hideous not only with their exchange policy but the size of their donuts, the cleanliness of their facilities, and the freshness of their bagels and breads. The staff has nothing to do with it because it all comes down to management and ownership. Dunkin' Donuts is not the same and it's getting worse everyday. Got my sandwhich cold, after it took from 6am to 6:10am for the girl to take my order. Coffee tasted like crap. Never coming back. There weren't any customers but me in there. No excuse.

We went there to get some coffee and they didn't disappoint us. The coffee was good and their service was good too. They have a small sitting area and a restroom for their customers. If you're in the area and looking for some snacks and coffee/tea - you may visit this Dunkin.

Terrible terrible terrible. Worst Dunkin’ I ever been too!

This place is more of pickup place. There are 2-3 tables almost squished together. However, the place is clean and kept well. The donuts tasted great, but they are slightly higher priced than other Dunkin around. You pay 10 cents more than other Dunkin.
