What happened to, “The customer is always right.”? When I call to say that my order was incorrect and I’d like a replacement coffee next time I’m through. I’m told I can’t have a free coffee because they forgot cream. But, I wouldn’t have paid for a plain coffee. Shift manager did a little better. Let’s hope I can find my receipt. How do you forget to add ALL the cream? 😣

How do you wait forever in a drive-thru just to get a COLD sandwich and BURNT hash browns? Even worse — I walked inside to fix it and was left standing there while employees looked at me and said nothing. no apology, no acknowledgment. After like 15 minutes the employee took my same sandwich and heated it up. The food was bad, but the customer service was worse. Completely unacceptable. Do better in training your employees Dunkin!

just had to write a review because this is the only dunkin that has never messed up my order and the fastest service. every other dunkin near me i have been to has messed it up and are the slowest at their service. so just wanted to let you all know I love yall and you all deserve a raise❤️

Went this morning to get $300 in gift cards. Stood at the register for at least 15 minutes. Worker with glasses looked me at least 3 times. Never said we will be right with you. Give us a minute. Can I help you. Nothing. 6 people focused on the drive thru window. Horrible customer service. And to all you latte and coffee drinkers. Cups were dropped on the floor and were never thrown in the garbage. Garbage was near the cups on the floor Just picked up and placed on a counter. Left without a purchase.

Emily is the best. She has amazing work ethic and character. Dunkin should be proud to have an employee that models great customer service and personality like her.
