I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese wake up wrap with a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. My experience was average but I can tell the staff is getting overwhelmed especially being yelled at by a Karen in front of me in line for stepping away from the register to help restock the drink fridge. Overall, it was good. My food came our correctly and drink taste great 👍

The guys working on the morning shift had a bad attitude and don’t know how give customer service. He was on the phone using earbuds and made my order wrong. I had a very bad experience last night too I arrived 20 minutes before they closed and I wanted to take latte but they refused to take my order.

Very bad attitude from entire staff at this location. lack of food service standards, they use gloves but with the same glove prepared food and touch other surfaces, witnessed their phone on the table as they prepared food. They must be train about CROSS CONTAMINATION . Bad attitude and bad food handling procedures, both very bad. You can see here the staff member with the worse attitude.

Melquan made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as soon as we walked into the store. It was very disappointing. We had to ask if the store was even open since most of the racks were empty, and when we asked out of curiosity if there were any donuts in the back, he responded with sarcastic comments that made my cousins and me feel awkward. Overall, the experience felt worse in person than it sounds here. Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable.

I recently visited Dunkin’ and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was fresh and tasted great. My donut was soft and perfectly glazed, and the coffee was brewed just right. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the store not being very busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took significantly longer than expected to receive my order. While they were polite and apologetic, the delay was noticeable and inconvenient, especially for a brand known for quick service. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but improving efficiency would make the experience much better for customers, especially during busy mornings when time is crucial.
