Dunkin'

Went theu the drive thru and My order of an ice coffee was made wrong then they fixed it so I thought, but it turned out it wasnt even the drink I ordered. I thought it was lacking just whipped cream but it was Carmel when I ordered mocha. I was too frustrated turn around and go back to ask to have it remade again.So I just left with the wrong drink Pay attn guys 😏

Never do i get any bagel the way I order it. I always order my bagel extra dark and when I get it it is barely toasted. Biting into it feels like it wasnt toasted at all, its like biting into a raw bagel. Then on top of that they put the thinnest layer of cream cheese. They use to put a decent amount on it but its like they only put a half of one of their containers of cream cheese that they sell. Messed up! Do better! When someone say toasted dark... they mean DARK! A BIT OF BLACK IS OK!

Probably that dirtiest Dunkins i have ever seen. Mold in the ice machine amongst other very dirty areas of the store. Very slow and unprofessional people there. Some employees are very good but the management is a joke. They just dont seem to care what the store looks like.

Update 10/13/25. Simple, small order; if I hadn't paid already, I would have left. And the banter between Green Hair & Purple Hair about why the elderly employee works hard is sad. If you boast of your 3 years experience, then do your job and help train a struggling employee. And if a machine is down, explain it to the customer rather than brush them off until they're frustrated. Understandably, it's slightly busy, but three customers at the window and four inside, and the only reason I got the remainder of my order is because I politely asked, "Excuse me, miss," otherwise, I think they were hoping I'd just leave. Low-quality service and unprofessionalism at its finest in this establishment.

Terrible- this is the second time in a week I’ve ordered a latte and got it made completely wrong. Less ice- MEANS less ice!!!! It’s like there’s an attitude here with the people who work and they completely don’t know how to treat people with proper customer service. Funny how after we went in and said the coffee we wanted and watched them make it, it was made correctly. Get it together at this place. Please.
