Dunkin'

I have been going to this Dunkin’ in Byram for over 5 years, and after what happened today, I will never return. I attempted to pay with a $50 bill, and the two employees working the register immediately accused me of giving them a fake bill — which it absolutely was not. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they started laughing in my face and making comments implying that I “couldn’t afford” their coffee. It was beyond disrespectful and completely uncalled for. They refused to return my $50 bill until I threatened to call the police. I then walked across the street to QuickChek, where they confirmed the bill was real without hesitation. In my opinion, the way this was handled felt extremely suspicious. HORRIBLE. This is their "extra milk" .. this is not the only occurrence, this happens EVERYTIME! Why are YOU charging EXTRA MONEY for something im not receiving!! Horrible service, scammers! Something has to change.

The drinks aren't usually fresh, donuts are ok, service is hit or miss, usually sub par. Pretty sure I also got violently ill puking and diarrhea for 2 days from here recently, However I cant 100% confirm this. Nobody else in my family had any dunkin, and that was the only difference in our food and drink, nobody else had the coffee or donuts but me. Everything else all week we ate together was the same, I feel confident I narrowed it down to this location. I hate leaving bad reviews but for the price of coffee these days and after getting extremely sick I feel slightly more obligated to.

This is the third week in a row where I have ordered everything stuffed bagels and they come out.Ice cold, why are they not heating the food up correctly before giving it through the drive through window?

Nice sized Dunkin Donuts in New Jersey. Was in and out pretty quick with no problems.
