Dunkin'

I visited this location on March, 8, 2026 around 10am. I've been so many Dunkin Donuts from south to west. And this is the most disgusting place that I can ever see. The staff are rude, lousy and service is horrible. I just asked for glass of hot water and they charged for it. I understand it cost for water and cup. but I am regular client of Dunkin donut and I also order few items already. The most disgusting thing was all staff arguing that water cost money, cup most money in front of everyone with so much attitude and lousiness. Hopefully management team would train these staff more efficient, respectful and professional. Will never visit this place again.

Disgusting staff and manager does not lead by example. I went through the drive through for a chai tea and they were very unprofessional. I asked them for a tea she constantly kept cutting me off mid order. Then the manager instead of being professional rudely refused to take my order in a form of discrimination and started to laugh right after. I called corporate filed a complaint. That type of management is awful. Nasty rude employees as well. They need to be addressed and re orientated. I work for the law by the way luckily I was rushing to work other wise I'd get out my vehicle show identification so they can have a bit of respect. Nasty staff and nastier manager. If I could them 0 stars I would. Got better treatment at star bucks right after.

I wish I could give zero stars for my experience on October 22, 2025. I stopped by for a frozen chai and kindly asked the staff at the drive through if they could add whipped cream. My drink was handed back to a manager, who then returned without the whipped cream and told me, in a very rude and hostile tone, that I hadn’t asked for it. Her demeanor was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and insecure. I calmly explained that I had simply hoped they would add the whipped cream, but by that point, I was already hesitant to let her handle my drink any further because of how she was behaving. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of still taking it. When I took my last sip, I suddenly felt a slimy substance slide down my throat. It happened too fast for me to react or spit

I stopped in Dunkin doughnuts on Boston Rd. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a iced coffee. I live less than 3 minutes from their parking lot to my front door. Needless to say I was very disappointed to find out my order was cold. Like it was made ahead of time and just sitting on the counter waiting.

Not a big fan of Dunkin donuts in general but I needed something sweet on thanksgiving day so I stopped here and got a Boston cream donut. The place was clean and had the usual staff that were helpful and polite but were busy with other things going on. 🤔
