Asked for less ice I did a mobile order I’m on the go wiring I can’t go back & do nothing about it there’s an option on the app for less ice for a reason get it right

The young employees are very polite and respectful. Some of the older employees aren’t as enthusiastic. They just renovated inside and it looks great. Basically the exact same layout just remodeled. Donuts are sweet, coffee is hot unless it isn’t. Very convenient location if you’re walking and shopping in Southold. They do their best at keeping it clean inside.

Very kind staff. There is this offer to get a free medium coffee and I had to set it up on my phone. I did it set it up, as I was navigating the app the man who works there said, "if you can't find it I will give you the medium coffee free anyway, I have no problem with you (smiled)." I let him know he doesn't have to do that and that I would rather use it in my next visit. The food is good and the service was perfect. I don't know the man's name but he was very kind and respectful during my visit. I had to put in a good view.

This Dunkin is always clean. I’d say they are very fast too. Some employees aren’t as fast as others and still the rush hour times but they move quickly and without mistakes. Been coming for years and if I don’t buy a donut the employees will typically give a munchkin to my children. Great location and great atmosphere.

I've given this Dunkin many chances. The stale donuts in the early am like others have said is true. The place opens at 0600 with no fresh donuts anywhere. Today was the last straw. Place mobile order after 0700 for a coffee and a couple of pumpkin donuts (it's that time of year,duh) and they didn't have any. I will travel another 20 miles to Jamesport from now on or better yet make my own coffee at home.
