Drive through is supposed to be fast and convenient. I have to gamble and wait 15-25 mins sometimes. Nice employees but they need to be trained a bit more. Drinks are not made like the product should be served. For example, cold brew drinks with foam on the top. The whole purpose of the lid is so you can drink the foam with the cold brew to get that flavor experience. But they serve it with the regular straw lid. This may be silly at first but when you are in your car you do not want to take the lid off to begin with.

Second time that I come to this location and the front door is locked and you can only pick up your order through the drive-thru and if you've walked around to the drive-thru window they make you get back into your car to pick up your order from the drive-thru. Very unprofessional and they should disable the option pick up your order in the store.

Requested a frozen coffee and it wasn’t made correctly. The young lady wanted to add more flavor but reluctantly made me a new one that was still not right. Tried to call the store so this girl can learn the right way to make the drink but no one answers. Very disappointing.

This place was so weird. First, they had run out of donuts. I ordered a large refresher drink and the worker tried to give me a smaller drink that wasn't even mixed well. I asked if that's what I ordered because it looked weird and also was not the correct size. Then he handed me the large drink which looked mixed but gave me no straw. If they can mess up a simple drink order....save yourself the trouble and don't go there. The place wasn't even busy.

Every time you ask for less ice they disregard what you order. This has happened several times. My order is never what I ask. Tried calling to speak to someone and voicemail is full
