Dunkin'

I recently moved away from this area, but this was the Dunkin’s that got my order right far more than any other in the area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they make the items correctly which cannot be said about a lot of the other Dunkin’s in the area. I definitely recommend this location, especially for the lattes/coffee as it’s better quality than a lot of dunks I’ve been to!

Employees were unbelievably rude. Was told at 6:30 they didn’t have hot coffee and wouldn’t brew any since they were closing (at 7). I mean come on - coffee is a staple item here! Then woman at register had an attitude even when I ordered an ice coffee instead. The owner needs to address these terrible employees they have working here

Never again. The absolute worst. Not once but TWICE employees were screaming, yelling and using profanity at one another. There is clearly an issue at this location. If you feel so comfortable doing that in public my trust of that food handling goes down to zero I can only imagine what would go on if no one was looking.

I’ve gone to this Dunkin for years as I’ve grown up around it. The past couple years the staff are just rude. They lock the doors 40 or more minutes before closing, and throw out all of their donuts and bagels an hour or more before closing. Today they refused to refund my order despite half of it being sold out. Took my “hot chocolate” and left. Took one sip and it tasted like water, dumped it only to find this. I had to contact Dunkin customer service for any kind of help.

Horrible service! Waited at the drive thru for someone to take my order. Didn’t happen. Mind you they were open. It’s 4 30 in the afternoon and it’s pouring rain outside. I’m in a foot cast that I need to avoid getting wet at all cost ( other than that I would’ve went inside to place my order). None the less, I pull up to the window to see staff talking, laughing and mopping the floor. The staff saw me and still did not respond. I knocked on the window and after another minute of waiting a staff member walked up to the window and asked how can I help you? I was shocked. No excuse or explanation for the lack of service just rude. The quality of customer service here is poorly managed.
