Dunkin'

I just left the there.. I order one strawberry drink when I made it to the window, I realize that they had blueberry I asked was it OK if I changed it? The young lady said yes. The lady who was fixing it had the biggest issue it was the most uncomfortable experience she was being mean to the other girl who asked her changed it was very uncomfortable. I wish I asked for a refund. I would never eat again. and to mention the cashier stood in front of her why I couldn’t see her fix my drink it was very awkward.

Came in to order a ham and Swiss croissant, cashier behind the counter was very lethargic and almost seemed bothered that I even came in to order. A small child came in with her family after me to order very politely a chocolate donut. Cashier very emotionlessly looks at the child and proceeds to serve her providing only very short responses. I get it that people don’t always feel like being at work but I was not surprised to see that the same low effort, lethargic, don’t care attitude carried over to my food preparation as well. I watched the food preparation and the employee pulling my food out of the oven reacted to the fact that it was burnt as he pulled it out of the oven and still proceeded to serve it to me. *Please see attached picture* I like to consider myself a pretty easy goi

Came inside to avoid the mile-long drive-thru, thinking it’d be quicker to just grab half a dozen donuts. Big mistake. It took 5–10 minutes just to place the order—longer than it took to box the donuts and pay. The lobby? Think sad water park mess. Ceiling tiles sagging, puddles on the floor, and mystery leaks dripping over counters like it’s a leaky basement, but I guess you do get a quick HIIT class to open the front door. Staff attention was laser-focused on the drive-thru, as if in-store customers were invisible. If this is a drive-thru-only business in disguise, just say so. Close the lobby, mop the floor, and open a second drive-thru lane already. I’m a die hard Dunkin Donuts fan—-in fact the Krispy Kreme chain is an abomination (like Sea World). came to get breakfast and it was honestly bad. as someone who worked in food myself, i could taste that the grease in the fryer is extremely old, it was so pungent i spit it out. however the woman working the drive thru had great customer service and i know its out of her control, this is obviously a lack of quality management in the restaurant.

I stopped this morning before work to get a coffee. I repeated the order twice and then the lady repeated the order back to me. When I get to the window to pay she immediately sticks the card machine out and asks for a tip. My coffee if next to the window and I notice it doesn’t have cold foam when it was supposed to. I let her know before she hands it to me and she goes back to add it. I get the coffee and leave and as I’m driving away I take a sip and notice it doesn’t have any of the sweeteners addd that I asked, and paid for. At this point I’ve paid $7 for a drink that was completely wrong, I don’t have time to turn around to get it fixed. I tried calling several times and wasn’t answered any of the times, though I was the only one at the location.
