Always have donuts in stock, and the service is honestly the best, especially the manager or owner, the guy with the beard. Today I redeemed my points for a bagel and added butter, which came out to $0.27. They do not take cards for such a small amount, and I did not have any change. The gentleman kindly said it was okay. I know many places do things like this, but for some reason, it really meant a lot to me this morning. Great service and genuinely kind people.

I had a wonderful experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Sharpsburg thanks to Cato. She truly went above and beyond to help fix an issue and make sure everything was handled perfectly. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Customer service like hers makes a big difference, and she turned my visit into a great experience. I give this Dunkin 5 stars..McKenzie made sure donut I picked had no nuts..I cant eat nuts..she beautifully made my coffee.. it looked almost too pretty to drink!! Along with a great smile and personality..love this Dunkin!

Treated my dog to a pup cup and myself to a blueberry lemonade refresher which was delicious. Drive thur was fast. Staff were polite.

THE WORST DUNKIN!! They never get the orders right! My sandwiches are ALWAYS burnt. The coffee tastes of three days old. And god forbid you order a coffee other than a regular with cream… they WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!! SLOW DOWN… READ THE ORDERS!! ONCE AGAIN THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER!!!!!! DO YOU HIRE PEOPLE RHAT CANT READ?!
