gusto! - healthy bowls & wraps

I really wanted to give 5 stars because: - The menu is straight forward. - The kiosk was easy to order from. - The food was really good and came out in a timely manner. - The restaurant was put together nicely and it was really clean. The lack of attentiveness and courtesy from the staff and overall subpar customer service are why I gave 3 stars. While we were eating, I observed multiple customers approach the counter and wait without acknowledgment. I watched several staff members make eye contact with them, and they continued working. Before leaving, I went to use the restroom, but there was no toilet paper. I informed someone who appeared to be a supervisor and was told someone would take care of it. So I waited and waited...finally a staff member went into the restroom talking on her

I live for a good healthy stir fry combo bowl. Gusto provides good healthy options for bowls and wraps. My favorites are the Polynesian Chili Mango and Chipotle Mango Avocado. The restaurant is fainew and provides a clean a d welcoming environment with helpful staff. Love it!

My husband and I came and he had the queso salad with grill shrimp I had the queso salad with half shrimp half chicken both amazing both well done love it will be back. Thank you. The restaurant was very clean. The tables were clean. I did not go into the bathroom, but I can only imagine that it was just as clean as the restaurant itself outside was swept and everything perfect perfect atmosphere.

I have been to this restaurant two times now and both experiences were amazing. The food is extremely fresh & customer service is top-notch! I will definitely be back for sure

Gusto used to be one of my favorite spots when they first opened in Sharpsburg. The food was great and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience has really gone downhill lately. When I come in during the evenings, the staff rarely acknowledges customers walking in. Most of the time no one even says hello, and it feels like the employees just don’t want to be there. Customer service makes a big difference, and right now it’s really lacking. It might be worth management taking a closer look at who they’re hiring and how the front-of-house experience is being handled. I’d love to see this location get back to the level it was at when it first opened.
