Dunkin'

I never received my 10 piece munchkins & I order a grilled cheese sandwich & 1 side of the bread was very small & the other side was bigger. Only the larger size slice was grilled so most of the cheese ended up stuck to the box. The cheese on the inside had brown spots on it. Not very appealing!

Great place! Management is so kind and they really know how to keep the vibe up. Everytime I'm always smiling because they're genuinely so sweet and funny. Ever since a certain staff member left, I've enjoyed coming to this store. They have my drink ready swiftly and there's always customers sitting in the store chatting. We need more places like this. :)

This place has literally gone to hell. Does dunkin. Not know how to get actual good managers because the one they have here doesnt run the store well. She's always angry ive heard her berate her customers and staff. I seen her other management team in tears from how they are treated and the last two weeks I havent seen my favorite worker. I forget the dudes name but everytime I walked in he immediately got my drink ready and asked if I was hungry. Did u guys actually get rid of the one worker who is nice to people isn't that counter productive. The other day I saw the young girl with the blonde hair crying because the manager wouldn't answer the phone and they had a call out. Seems like your management here isn't effective. Today we took the opportunity to get free @Dunkin' donuts for a whole year at - 151 Vly Rd, Schenectady, NY 12309. We also have a different booklet from another Dunkin for free coffee for a whole year. I will say it sucks you can only use it at the 1 location you originally got it from and not a different location.

They are CONSTANTLY OUT OF DONUTS!!!! At 4 pm today they had 2 croissants and 4 munchkins in the case. They were open for another 5 hours!!!!! I made a comment to the manager that this is not very good for business and he just shrugged. No wonder they gave out free coupons at opening- they know they aren’t giving away anything. The worst
