I'm so Irritated, I go here often and Order the same item, Turkey Sausage on Crossiant and get a jelly This morning, Lady putting together sandwiches with boot on her foot, Said first they don't serve jelly (I reply since when), Then she say Give her a minute (I reply its normally in 1st drawer and ask another worker to pass me a jelly) she comes over to the drawer pulls it out and hand me 1 jelly, With attitude by way, (I say I ordered 2 Turkey sandwiches (I would like 2 jellies) she say 60 cent charge (I say I'm not paying you 60 cent for a jelly) she says Something smart (I say, do you want to refund my 23.00 order over a pack of jelly), This point I'm annoyed and grab the jelly out her hand. Repeat, I'm not paying 60 cent for a Jelly. She yells out, This lady just snatched a jelly from
Let’s just say this location ALWAYS has donuts!!!! You can literally go to any location in Albuquerque at any time of the day…or night and find many Dunkins with a little to no donuts to offer…like come on…this is Dunkin DONUTS!!!! People want donuts for breakfast, maybe as a treat after a hard day at work, after a late night sesh!!! Nope. You’ll be left with that unsatisfied craving in ABQ….ohhhh but not in the City Different!!! They know the importance of having a good donut available when you need one!!!! And this place has been busy pretty much every time I’ve been there. There is parking in the back of the building as well….just FYI. And be prepared for donut bliss as they usually have 2 FULL cases of fresh donuts!!! Yum!!!! Go ahead…..treat yourself and maybe even get a don
I went in yesterday for a warm drink after leaving urgent care. I had lost my voice and was struggling to speak, so I apologized to the employee taking my order and he said “don’t worry” and was SO kind and patient with me. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. This world can be so harsh so to have the smallest interaction where someone shows you a bit patience and genuine kindness is just golden. Honestly all of the employees here are always so sweet. Thank you all for being a bright spot in a lot of people’s daily routine ❤️
Coffee was not up to standard. It tasted quite burnt, actually, which was surprising as we were there not long after opening. The munchkins were rather heavy and greasy....with little variety. Could be the holiday rush, hopefully it will be better next time.
This Dunkin’ on St. Francis is hands down one of the worst-run locations I’ve ever been to, and the problem is painfully obvious the moment you walk in. There is an older woman who appears to be a manager—short, gray short hair, glasses—who has clearly been there far too long and acts like the place belongs to her, not the customers or even the company. She is consistently rude, abrasive, and completely unprofessional. I have personally watched her snap at employees, talk down to them, and create an uncomfortable, hostile environment right in front of customers. The staff look tense and on edge, which tells me this behavior is not a one-off—it’s the norm. As a customer, being treated with basic respect shouldn’t be optional, yet every interaction involving her feels cold, dismissive, and h
