Dunkin'

This is my favorite Dunkin around the area to go to. They always are consistent for my drink order. Alex is THE BEST! He is always so friendly, has great customer service skills, and always goes above and beyond. If they are out of something, he is always helpful and patient. This place is always busy and may have a big line or seem short staffed- but I truly feel like the team here does an incredible job and it’s one of the best Dunkins to go to.

I usually have no issues when going to this location. But, recently their speaker has been awful, I have to repeat myself multiple times. This morning, after repeating myself multiple times, I am still given the incorrect sweetener in my drink, not a huge deal, I take it and go about my morning. As I go to drink it just now, I notice something floating in my coffee. See pictures below.

Sat waiting in line to place my order for 8 minutes just 1 car ahead noone in store. Got to window waited additional 7 minutes. Person at window offered no apology for waiting nothing. She was talking and I didn't hear she said I'm talking to someone else!! How rude. Thus location has poor business because of employees with lack of customer service

We ordered coffee for work today and it was kind of annoying that the drinks turned out like this. I'm sorry to leave this review but it's not what I ordered. The bagel we ordered didn't even come with cream cheese either

I ordered the tomato pesto grilled cheese and it was excellent. However, if you are looking for a selection of donuts, I would NOT go to Dunkin' donuts. They had about a dozen different kinds and were almost out of some of those. I wanted a Boston cream filled and they didn't have any. Very limited selection. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't judge their coffee. However, the drinks that they were making while I waited for my order looked fantastic.
