Dunkin'

I avoid this dunkin like the plague. Both times I have gone there were coffee grounds in my coffee. Just went today at 10:45 in the morning and their espresso machine was down, they were out of caramel, and they were out of cold brew. What the hell? The front register was also down so the girl had to run back and remember your order to put it in. The inside has nowhere to sit. It's like they are going out of business. I only went here because it was on the way and i had no time to go to another. Staff was friendly and it's not their fault but this dunkin sucks.

Jumped in line to get a simple hot chocolate. After more than 30 minutes (no exaggeration) with only four cars in line, we got our hot chocolate. The kids at the window apologized and said they were short staffed. Then the hot chocolate was barely lukewarm warm. I’m the ownership can’t run a business just close. Horrible service. Not the first time

I went to the drive through the other day daughter and her friend and they were all very polite and silent while the other one was ordering. The headset cut out while we were ordering and we could not hear the lady taking our order. When it came back on she said “PULL UP” In a weird tone of voice but we just thought she was raging because of the microphone issues. When we did pull up they didn’t give us the bagel we asked for and they left cheese on the bagel we asked for no cheese on! Of course I understand the headset was not working so we didn’t complain and just fixed the issue ourselves. I wasn’t even going to right this review but while we where driving away the young man at the window gave my daughters friend an EXTREMELY VULGAR hand gesture! He flipped her off! like everyone else has said here this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to of all time. When it’s not a rush, it still takes about 10 minutes to get your food even if it’s just a sandwich. When there’s only about five cars in line, Expect to sit there for 10 minutes before you can even put an order in. then at least another 15 minutes before you get your food. it is absolutely the slowest serving DD I have ever been to.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a LARGE coffee and received it HALF full. Never took a sip before the picture, I opened it wondering why it felt like it was half full and it actually was. LOL. If you want to pay $5 for half a cup (the size of a small) then this is the place for you!
