Love coming to this drive-thru on my break! The woman at the window is always so kind. Heads up, they do sell out fast!! I love their jelly donuts but became aware I have to stop by earlier to get one lol. Very nice place & great atmosphere!

Wouldn't have been so bad if the two foreign ladies had a better sense of customer service. Me and my fiance went in and between getting dirty looks and them constantly talking in a different language repeatedly saying "american people" and then continuing on with their sentence in the language. And then as my fiancé is ordering, she had verbally asked for a large hot chocolate but was charged for a medium and when we asked why all she said was exactly that and didn't even work with us on fixing the problem, but instead gave us yet again a dirty look and slammed something behind the counter shut and walked away. Overall not a pleasant experience

They are slow as hell. They never get my order right and most of them just take their time to get your order, which is never correct. If they do not understand the order they should just ask me to repeat it, instead of making it the way they feel like making it. Then look at me like I'm crazy. I wish they would pick up the pace and at least act like they like their job.

The staff is extremely unfriendly and not welcoming at all. No hello, how can I help you. No smile. It was as though they got irritated that they had to make 1 iced coffee. This DD needs to be re-staffed or totally shut down! Counters had unclean spills. The worker that made my drink was wearing gloves but then got on the register with the gloves and with the same gloves made the next customer drink.. unacceptable! I hope corporate reads this and makes change!

Horrible customer service. I stood there for five minutes before an employee said. “What you want?” I was the only one inside at the time. There was some alarm that kept going off that the staff ignored. Employee acted as if I inconvenienced him by ordering. I ordered a simple iced coffee and when he gave it to, by holding the lid, it wasn’t even full. Absolutely awful.
