Dunkin'

I ordered a donut and loaded hash browns and my price went down and I didn’t realize they put normal hash browns, either way we drove off without them… we went back and specifically told my boyfriends mom not to say anything because she is crazy and is known to give people a hard time… she then gave the guy that handed my hash browns to us a hard time and told him “ we already came back so give us the loaded hash browns” he then gave it to us and didn’t charge the extra dollars. I’m so sorry for the hard time and this worker was great

Female worker was extremely rude to drive thru on FaceTime the whole time and failed to say anything to the people in drive thru. Multiple people left due to over a 40 min wait when mobile ordering.

Everytime we go to the Rindge Dunkin’s this is what our bagels look like. We ask for it to be toasted with extra cream cheese. They are barely toasted and definitely not extra cream cheese. The refresher I get usually doesn’t taste that great. I try to avoid this one if I can.

Went this morning at 11 am and the lady at the takeout window was extremely rude and miserable. Was going to order coffee and food and when I ordered my coffees each were repeated incorrectly and she also questioned my order like she would be drinking it herself Absolutely will never go back here. Do better ! Went to another dunkn right after and they got my order correct and were extremely pleasant !

Mobile ordering with the app was seamless. The employee took great care in making my drink and making it look pretty too. It tasted delicious as well. I appreciate it, thank you!
