Sandwich Master

First time visitor, this is my honest opinion… the food was ok. Big portions, decent flavor, but my sandwich seemed dry, needed mayo or something. Poutine didn’t have gravy..? I do think the menu was too big (25 pages). The dining room was very cold. The service was a bit slow, but I counted 3 people working. Suggestions: add 2 trash cans in the dining room plus a self-service condiment area (napkins, ketchup, mayo, forks, knives). I felt the tablet ordering was too confusing and complicated. I applaud the owner for doing his best with what he has, but it seemed like they needed to rethink some basics.

The food here is excellent and the prices are great for the food served. The menu items are endless and cooked to order. The Ruben burger is off the charts good and it's a challenge to finish a small fried mushroom as they are very generous with the portions. Almost hate to review because it's been a best kept secret in the area. They are worth the trip.

I'm rating this 5 stars overall because the sandwiches are decadent, and if you're going here you're probably optimizing for that, not something like atmosphere. They don't call them "sandwiches gone mad" for nothing. I would recommend the poutine as well.

I'm sure at one time or another this place had decent sandwiches, but what we received was definitely anything but decent. The meatball and chicken ceasr had no flavor. Just really awful. The tinfoil basically had more cheese than the meatball sandwich. Just completely disappointed for the money we spent. Also clean up the inside of your store, it's messy and unappealing. If we weren't forced to order online and seen the inside of your establishment beforehand we wouldn't have ordered and eaten here period. Plus I Loved how they slip an ordering fee when you order online and never did we offer a $6 tip it was just added. They definitely didn't deserve it. The food was terrible. Sandwich Master I think NOT.
